hello every one!
for my dad's birthday this year i made an ice cream cake. they are not as easy as they look. what i did was bake two layers of chocolate cake and used another tin lined with tin foil ( to get it out easier)to mush the ice cream in. that worked pretty well. then i started to stack them with the ice cream in the middle. every thing is still good. Then, when i started to ice it, was when it went bad. trying to ice ice cream is like trying to ice greased saran wrap, it don't work. it tasted good but it looked bad. so my question is, how would you do it? please leave your suggestion the comment box

hello everyone how are y'all today? it is spring (finally) and here is a recipe for
32 minute emergency fudge
1/2 a bag of powdered sugar
1/2 c. of cocoa
1/4 t of salt
1/4 c. of milk
1 T of vanilla
1/2 c. of butter

stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together. put the butter in the microwave for 2 min. on high stir every thing together then pour 8x8 pan, chill 7 hours in the fridge (who wants to wait SEVEN HOURS!!!!!)or put in the freezer for 30 minutes(that is the only way i do mine)

hi every one sorry for the 40 odd days that i haven't published
any way here is the recipe
1 stick of butter
1 brick of cream cheese
4 1/4 cups of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of peppermint (optional)

first mix the butter an cream cheese together untill creamy then add in the sugar gradualy then the flavorings hope you like it!
